Episode Summary –

For the past couple of decades, we have seen a steady increase in women's empowerment.

Yet there are times when women are paid less in the workplace. They often have to sacrifice their careers because of family responsibilities, and they are treated differently. Women empowerment is the key to overcoming this age old problem.
Women should have the right to make decisions for their own lives, the confidence to move forward toward their dreams, and freedom to choose the life they want.

In this episode, Jane Finette talks about how, by empowering women, we can begin to bring equality to society.
