Dee Ann Turner spent 33 years at Chick-fil-A and during that time was VP of Talent and VP of Sustainability. CFA’s first female officer. She shaped the culture of CFA and developed talent systems for the selection and retention of Chick-fil-A Corporate staff and Franchisees. She's the author of two best-selling books – It’s My Pleasure and Bet on Talent. Her 3rd book will be released in Spring 2021. She speaks globally to about 50 audiences per year.
