Belinda's Tuesday Tip 67 – Gratitude – The Importance of Being Thankful

Episode Summary –

It’s our thanksgiving week here in the United States, and that gives us the opportunity to stop and show appreciation for everything and everyone in our lives.

You can be grateful for anything you have, including your business, family, friends, and everything you possess. So, who are you thankful for at this time of the year, and are you ready to let them know?

When we show more appreciation, we create a more positive environment. Making others feel valued and appreciated in our life and business will make them feel more valued and encourage them to “show up” more for us. Paying attention to the little things people do daily for you and your business and saying “Thank you” can go a long way. Showing gratitude doesn’t have to be something huge. It can be just as small as saying “Thank you,” as long as it’s sincere.

Gratitude is also literally life-changing. Being thankful for what we have every day will not only transform our businesses, but it will also help us cultivate a better mindset. One that leans more toward solutions over panic, positivity over negativity, and happiness over hopelessness.

In this episode, I share the importance of gratitude and why it is a game changer. Being thankful for your businesses, staff, and everything in your life will help you focus on what's working and continue to build momentum.
