Building up the “wow” factor in your products is key to increasing conversions and improving customer satisfaction.
How do you build “wow” factor?
Before pitching your product or service, it is essential to craft a compelling story with effective catchphrases and adjectives. By taking the time up front to plan your story, you have the ability to draw a vivid picture of how potential customers could benefit from using your product or service and accurately portray the emotions associated with it. This allows potential customers to envision themselves being part of the program and feel connected to what you are offering.
